Krista has a great team that helps her manage all aspects of Katalyst Fitness. They can do everything, from subbing or co-teaching classes, managing the calendar, assisting with class cards, and much more! I couldn't run my business without my team's support!
Beth
Former Zumba® Instructor
Beth has always loved to dance! She was a Zumba instructor from April 2010 until April 2019. In February 2019, Beth made a career change and embarked on an adventure of her own. She is the owner of Bardellini's Creative Confections, LLC in Natick, Massachusetts. Her cookies are absolutely amazing and so creative!
You will see Beth at the studio assisting with checking in clients and jumping in to teach a song here and there. In her free time, Beth enjoys the beach, Cape Cod, and spending time with her friends.
Marisa
Licensed Zumba® Instructor
Marisa started taking classes with Ali in June, 2013. She was looking for a way to get some exercise, and get back to her dance roots. What she found was a class that felt more like a dance party, and a community of people that offered friendship, support, and empowerment. It was with that support that Marisa became a licensed Zumba instructor in March, 2016.

When she’s not in the studio she is working with applicants to graduate business degrees at Boston University. In the studio, Marisa loves being a part of our members’ journeys, watching the joy on their faces during class, and helping them to feel the same sense of empowerment that she felt when she started her own journey with AliKat Moves.
Ali
Licensed Zumba® Instructor
Ali has been dancing all her life! She has been a licensed Zumba® instructor since 2008 and has a degree in Theater with a minor in Dance from Ithaca College.
Ali started teaching classes on her own in 2012 after several years teaching at local gyms. She finally settled in teaching exclusively at Mass Ballet and founded AliKat Moves in 2014 before closing her business in 2022 to free up time for new adventures.
